As an exception to the lifetime warranty, the warranty for JanSport-branded cooler bags is limited to five (5) years, rather than the lifetime of the product. JanSport does not offer warranties for pins, patches, or related accessories. Only equipment, including back packs, pouches, and other bags, is covered. This warranty is available in only the United States and Canada and applies only to JanSport equipment, purchased from authorized dealers.
